Wizz Fizz is an Aussie Heritage brand and has appealed both children and adults alike for over 50 years, with over 17 million Wizz Fizz sachets sold every year!
However, following a succession of changes in the market, together with subsequent reactive packaging changes, the brand had become overtly kid-focused, appealing to the gate-keeper, but not the consumer. Thereby it lost its iconic nostalgic and cheeky personality.
Our opportunity was to return Wizz Fizz to the hearts and shopping baskets of Aussie kids through reinvigorated brand personality and packaging. The solution expresses the exciting world of Wizz Fizz through typography and illustration. The illustration is intricate and has sense of discovery to engage and capture kids’ imaginations.
