The Cesar brand team came to us with 2 different names, 7 logos and 7 different designs.
We knew that Cesar shoppers loved choice, inspiring recipes and caring for their dogs. Although the brand delivered all of this in abundance, the way the portfolio was arranged made it hard for shoppers to understand the range at shelf.
We reorganised and consolidated the entire range to cluster products by recipe themes. We then created a globally consistent look and feel. And we managed to get 1 design which resulted in growth across all markets.
