Paul GaleslootCEO - AOA

Paul Galesloot joined Cowan as Strategy Director for Australia and since has been Strategy Director for Asia, Managing Director China, Managing Director Asia and was recently appointed global COO. Despite his new function, Paul remains closely involved with the strategic development for many of our major clients.

Prior to joining Cowan, Paul has worked on the client side, in advertising and most recently in brand design. Paul has lived in six countries across Europe, Oceania and Asia. His background allows him to have a strong understanding of business and brand issues and work with your team to develop unique solutions that increase your sales and brand equity.

Kathy WalshBusiness Director

Kathy has over 20 years brand, marketing and design experience and leads the SEA business functions including strategy, client service and administration.

She has worked for and with a number of global FMCG brands and companies across Asia Pacific including Nestle, F&N, Kellogg’s, Heinz, Goodman Fielder, Unilever, Heineken, Coca Cola, GSK and many more.

She believes in creating environments that foster the creative process whilst delivering exceptional service to clients. Kathy has lived in Singapore for the past nine years.

Catherine MurphyCreative Director

Catherine has 17 years experience in branding, FMCG packaging & corporate design across Australian, Chinese and international markets. Her clients have included Coca-Cola, Nestlé, GSK, Mars, Kraft, BenQ, Heinz, Danone, Vinda, Huiyuan and Masterkong.

She has 5 years’ experience in China, and has been involved in every Coca Cola project from Cowan China since 2009, including Coca Cola, Sprite, Fanta, Yuan Yeh, Minute Maid, SKBC & Aquarius.

Nik BedfordCreative Director

Nik has almost 20 years experience in FMCG pacaking and branding working across UK and European markets and most recently in Asia. His experience has included leading major design projects for Chivas Brothers, Nestlé, FSK, Kerry Foods, Spendrups Bryggeri, Coca-Cola MEDA and Sainsbury’s.

Hailding from the cold north of England, Nik prides himself as being a hands-on creative with big, simple ideas and a sharp eye for detail.

Teru YamabuchiCreative Director

Teru has over 15 years of experience in multi-regions such as Japan, Australia, Taiwan, Mainland China and now Singapore. He has been working in branding design area at Cowan for nine years. He is specialised in packaging design in FMCG, with experience in corporate branding, communictions and the e-commerce channel.

He has worked with many clients including SCA, Coca-Cola, Nestlé, Unilever, Danone, SC Johnson, Heinz and Kimberly-Clark.

Tam LeDirector of Business and Strategy

Tam Le is the Director of Business and Strategy, based out of Cowan’s Vietnam office. Prior to joining Cowan, Tam has worked on business and brand challenges in Singapore, New York and London, bringing to each project, keen cultural empathy and a truly global perspective.

Vietnamese by heritage and Texan by birth, Tam brings a level of intuitive familiarity, yet perspective distance to each project she touches.
